Day 19: Good Habits

I've been carrying my gym clothes for the past 2 days with noble intentions to work out and break some sweat following weeks of inactivity with little success. 

Despite this, I'm feeling great as I finally got to start my early morning crunches (30x3) and arm dumbbell exercises (30x3) using my newly purchased yoga mat. I also got to walk home today and even used the stairs instead of the elevators getting to my place. 

It's not enough but it's a good start. Hope this catches on.
